Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the operator of this website and the APTV app (see the Imprint for contact details).

2. Data We Collect

We collect and process the following personal data:

• Email address — to create your account and to communicate with you
• PIN (hashed) — for authentication; never stored in plain text
• Device fingerprint — to manage the free trial and recognize devices
• Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Crash reports — anonymized crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics
• Diagnostic logs — after a crash, the app sends a technical log of the affected session (device model, app version, navigation and error events) to our server. Credentials are removed beforehand; logs are deleted after 30 days.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process this data to provide the APTV service, manage subscriptions, authenticate users and improve app stability.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

• Resend — transactional email delivery. Privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@aptv.cloud.

6. Your Rights
